I anyone of you encountered an internal report error when trying to download a report? On the debug log it says error "404 (Not Found)" http://www.samplesite.com/api/v1/reports/projects 404 (Not Found)
Hello, jfaris09 You've installed Cattr via Docker?
alex_vyarvelsky Yes.
Can you clarify your CattrID? You can find it at /about page.
it doesnt show the CattrID. it just shows blank in the about page..
Interesting. Can you clarify version, that you've installed?
it is v3.0.4
3.0.4 version is not available on Docker.
Hello Alex,
Apologies, initially it was deployed via docker but I moved it to a stand-alone VPS running ubuntu.
jfaris09 Hi! Do you have any updates on your issue?
Can you try to upgrade to the latest available version then? v3.2.0
[deleted] I have the latest version of cattr but I still can't export data to xlsx, pdf and csv
Hi,
I have just installed Cattr using the Docker Image 'amazingcat/cattr' and I have exactly the same issue whenever I try to export the data to csv, xlsx or pdf.
Can you please advise on the solution for this issue ?
Thanks.
madhav Can you, please, clarify your Cattr Instance ID? You can find it at "About" page.
Hello @alex_vyarvelsky The Instance ID is blank, as well as the version number.
Hm... Do you know the version, you installed, or, at least, the date when you run installation?
You used our installation script from docs.cattr.app, right?
I did the installation on the 18th January. I used the docker image 'amazingcat/cattr' with a docker compose File.
Example of the file: services: timesheet.example.com: image: amazingcat/cattr restart: always volumes: - cattr-mysql-data:/var/lib/mysql - ./volumes/screenshots:/app/backend/storage/app/uploads/screenshots - ./volumes/ssl:/etc/letsencrypt - ./volumes/config:/app/backend/bootstrap/cache environment: - FRONTEND_DOMAIN=timesheet.example.com - ADMIN_MAIL=myemail@example.com - HTTPS=false - MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS=info@exmaple.com - FRONTEND_APP_URL=http://timesheet.example.com command: /bin/sh -c "/app/entrypoint.sh && /app/install.sh user1 user1password" expose: - 80 - 443 networks: default: volumes: cattr-mysql-data:
The first thing, that I see - you do not need to run /app/install on every container run. It should be run once. Moreover - you can try to run the latest cattr image without it at all. At the first visit, Cattr will run UI install and ask you some questions. But that will require flushing all your stored data. If it is not possible to you, let's go another way: firstly, remove ./install from cmd and re-create your containers, please.
Yes, I will lose a lot of data if I flush it... Let me remove the command and re-create the containers. I'll let you know in an instant.
Unfortunately, I still have the same issue.
Is there a way for me to see the error log ?
